Description
In this three-part series, participants will learn how to identify the depth and rigor of critical TEKS, and will design assessments, instruction, and activities aligned to the TEKS.

This course is designed to provide educators with a comprehensive understanding of rigor in education and the principles of backwards design. Participants will explore the concept of rigor, examining its components and distinguishing between what rigor is and what it is not. Through critical reflection and analysis, participants will assess their understanding of rigor and its implications for setting course standards and facilitating student mastery of content.
